At recylea, we stand behind the quality of our curated lifestyle products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted unless required by applicable local consumer laws.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition — unused, unopened, and with all original packaging, seals, and labels intact.
If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, mis-shipped, or significantly different from the description, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
For personal reasons or change of mind, we accept returns provided the product remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging. However, the following items are not eligible for return due to personal reasons: opened beauty and personal care products (such as hair dyes, skincare items, cosmetics, or oil-control papers) once the safety seal is broken for hygiene reasons; garden decor items (such as plant stakes, pebbles, or hose nozzles) that have been installed, used, or removed from original packaging; tech gadgets and accessories once opened, used, or paired with any device; and any item explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, an incorrect item sent, or a significant discrepancy from the product description, recylea will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and no restocking fee will be charged.
If the return is for personal reasons or change of mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. The original shipping fee paid at checkout will not be refunded in such cases. No restocking fee will be applied as long as the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day window will generally not be accepted, though defective products may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty for repair or replacement.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to our customer service team at service@recylea.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]".
In your email, please include the following information: your order number, the product name and quantity you wish to return, a clear reason for the return (whether it is a defect or a personal reason), and any supporting photos or videos if you are claiming damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We will respond within two business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label for quality-related returns.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method — such as your credit card or PayPal account. We do not require you to provide any separate bank account or payment details for the refund, as all refunds are processed through the same channel used for the original purchase.
Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use beyond simply opening the outer shipping box.
6. Exceptions and Important Notes
Products covered under a manufacturer warranty should contact us for repair or replacement options after the 30-day return window has passed.
Shipping damages must be reported within seven days of receipt, so we recommend inspecting your package promptly upon delivery.
Bulk or commercial orders may be subject to separate return terms, so please contact us before purchasing if you are placing a large-volume order.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
